This proposed 26-storey structure with 4 basement is a mixed-use development project is envisioned to be the area’s first high-rise green building, aiming for a prestigious 4-Star BERDE Certification. Strategically designed, the project integrates residential condominium units, mall-level commercial spaces, and a dedicated public transport terminal. Beyond elevating architectural standards, it seeks to uplift the local community by promoting sustainable living, expanding housing options, and enhancing urban convenience.

Key Responsibilites

• Planning and Design Development (Conceptualization & Schematics)
• Project coordination on allied professionals.
• Production of Technical Drawings for documentation and implementation
• Assist in permitting and licensing at the Municipal Level, DHSUD and other required agencies
• Assist in marketing and promotion materials for the development project
